Our experience

Един от последните ни ключови проекти беше разработването на софтуерна телефонна централа за голям спа хотелски комплекс. В хотелския комплекс има и огромно казино, намира се в близост до Капитан Андреево. From a communication point of view, the project is large-scale and diverse. Software IP exchange with 64-channel SIP trunk, 500 hotel rooms, equipped with specialized hotel IP telephones, 70 wired and 65 WIFi IP phone.
Another important project, which we did, was the replacement of the telephone exchange of Toplofikatsia Pernik. We built headquarters with a distributed structure, which covered all the client's productions. We installed one basic IP hybrid PBX with 5 exported capacity, which are distant from the workshops. We used 20 channel SIP trunk and 250 internal subscribers.

Telenova ISO 27001
In 2012. under contract with the Executive Agency for the Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises (IANMSP) Telenova OOD successfully completed the 3MC project-02-114/01.06.2011 Mr. for the introduction of "Information security according to the ISO standard 27001 – trust and success”. The project was implemented with the support of the operational program "Development of the competitiveness of the Bulgarian economy" 2007-2013, co-financed by the European Union through the European Fund for Regional Development and by the national budget of the Republic of Bulgaria. The aim of the project is to provide a quality and secure service, and thereby increasing the company's competitiveness on the domestic and European markets.

A "Remote Support and Control Center" has been built in the office of Telenova OOD, from where full support is provided to our many customers throughout the country.
